Covid has become a known entity and endemic to our population. We suggest that you purchase travel insurance in the event you become ill before your stay. We still ask that if you feel ill for any reason, you cancel your reservation. There is no charge for cancellations over one week in advance. With less than a week's notice, you are still responsible to pay for your reservation if your room sits empty, However, we will do our best to rebook it and not charge you. If we are unable to do so, we will offer you a midweek, non-holiday replacement stay for one year from the date of your cancellation.
If you have stayed with us in the past, you know we used to serve breakfast at a large dining room table. We have now turned our dining room into a second sitting area. Our breakfasts have remained unchanged, but we have placed tables in each room, and now deliver breakfast to your door! Most of our guests prefer this. Additionally, if you prefer or need an early departure we will leave a breakfast to go box in your minifridge.
Our rooms are thoroughly cleaned with anti-viral cleaning products. this includes door knobs, light switches, alarm clocks and tv remotes. Clorox wipes and hand sanitizers are available throughout the house. We change our mop pads between each room, to further prevent cross contamination.
All our beds are triple sheeted for your safety and single use coffee pots and sealed coffee pods are in each room.
We have installed keypads in all our interior and exterior doors so that guests may check themselves in if desired. We are available if more attention is needed. The doors will be programmed with the last four digits of your booking phone number.
We have expanded the ways in which our rooms may be reserved. We still offer individual room rentals, but now additionally offer half and whole house rentals for groups who wish to have all the common areas private to their party, with private entrances and no shared spaces.
